A dozen clubs representing the museum’s vintage baseball league, plus squads from Michigan, Ohio, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Canada will compete in a round-robin tournament that starts . on Friday, Aug. 9 Play continues starting at 9 a.m. Saturday and again on Sunday.
The Championship Game is played at 2 p.m. at Silver Base Ball Park, the nation’s first— and finest —recreated 19th-century base ball park.
Tickets to the games are included in the museum admission price.
The museum’s two ladies’ teams—the Brooks Grove Belles and Miss Porter’s Ladies Base Ball Club—will also be playing during the weekend.
