Entries must remain on display at Genesee Country Village & Museum from December 4 through 20, 2009. The museum reserves the right not to exhibit entries deemed inappropriate or those that deteriorate.
The entire display must be mounted on an 18”x18” ½” or ¾” plywood base. No entry can exceed 18 inches in height.

Include a 3x5 card with your name, address, telephone number and category entered with your display.
The entire display, except for the base, must be made of edible materials. Styrofoam and other support materials are not permitted. Entries must be constructed mainly of gingerbread and icing; unwrapped candy and other edible materials may also be used. Gingerbread “houses” must be of a Genesee Country Village structure. This may include the gazebo, Tom and Mike’s barn and pasture or any structure within the village. “Edible” materials include candies, nuts, cereal, crackers, pasta and other food items that do not include a wrapper, stick or other non-edible materials.
The competition is open to everyone. Gingerbread house kits may be used. However, for those entering the individual categories, the design, construction and decoration must be done solely by the entrant.
