Crisp air, candlelight and carolers await your arrival for this year’s celebration of Yuletide in the Country. Join us as we journey back through Christmas time along snow-covered streets and into several homes, shops and gathering places in the historic village.

Houses will be decorated with festive greenery, while the smell of wood smoke from holiday meals cooking on kitchen hearths fills the air.

As you tour about the village you’ll encounter intimate scenes peopled with characters from the past as they go about celebrating the season. Sing along to festive holiday songs; listen to lively music; sip warm spiced cider; and maybe even get a chance to dance, all the while discovering a little about the roots of many of our favorite Christmas customs.
