Guided Trolley Tour
Our most popular tour! Explore all of the Historic Village and John L. Wehle Gallery on our trolley for convenient access throughout the Village.
Sit back and relax as you pass fruitful orchards, beautiful historic architecture, heirloom breeds of farm animals grazing, and more.
This tour is approximately 1 hour long and includes full-day admission to the Museum. The trolley seats 25 at a time.
Guided Walking Tour
Dressed in historically accurate 19th-century costume, a knowledgeable tour guide accompanies the group on the trolley, giving information and insight into the Museum on a journey through the Historic Village.
Themed Tour Experiences
Our special Themed Tours immerse visitors in the Historic Village to interact with historic interpreters at a variety of 19th-century locations, including artisans’ shops, historic gardens, and kitchens.

Exclusive experiences made just for you! If you are looking for a specialized, premier experience, let us customize an All-Inclusive Tour for your group. Take a trolley tour with a knowledgeable guide through the Historic Village, selecting stops based on your group’s interest. Meet costumed interpreters, and learn more about the subjects most important to you.
A private room will be booked for the group to enjoy lunch.
In addition, you can select one of the following experiences:
- A special, customizable tour of the John L. Wehle Gallery with a knowledgeable staff member.
- Make a craft, do a beer tasting, or have a chocolate demonstration (choose one).

Parking at GCV&M is free. We have expansive parking and drop-off areas that accommodate buses of every size.
In addition to 68 historic buildings, we offer two restaurants at the Museum.
The Flint Hill Store is open for your group to take home Village-made pottery, tin, and other exclusive items, including a box of Museum-made fudge for the ride home!
