It's maple sugaring season!
Feeling inspired by this sweet season? Join us at Genesee Country Village & Museum on Tuesday, March 21, for a maple-themed baking class!
During this class participants will learn to craft two tasty types of confections – maple scones, and maple oatmeal bread. All the while, celebrating the time of year when we tap maple trees and turn their clear sap into thick, sweet syrup or sugar!
