Master the art of pie making!
Join Historic Cook Amy Hanley-Dykstra for a pie-making class at Genesee Country Village & Museum on Tuesday, February 14!
During this class participants will create a dough, fill their pie with traditional ingredients, and learn how to perfectly bake a delicious (and historic!) pie. Plus, a one-of-a-kind pottery pie plate created by our village potter will be given to each participant to use in the baking of a delicious pie of their own!
