Join us for a festive new offering at GCV&M – North Pole Night!

Think Breakfast with St. Nick, but dinner! We’ll be hosting a delectable pasta dinner in our festively decorating Meeting Center Dining Room, complete with holiday cheer, shopping in the Flint Hill Store, and of course – the jolly old elf himself. 

Seatings will be offered at 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Reserve your spot today!

Supper with St. Nick

Don’t worry about making dinner at home just a few evenings from the holidays – join us for a delectable spaghetti and meatball dinner, served in our festive Meeting Center! The meal includes sides, non-alcoholic beverages, pasta and meatballs, mac and cheese, and dessert options. A cash bar will also be open in the Meeting Center!

Enjoy dinner seatings at 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Family holiday fun

Write a letter to St. Nick, get your face festively painted in holiday themes, take a family photo with the jolly old elf, and enjoy all sorts of seasonal family fun when you visit for our new North Pole Night!

Still not finished with all that holiday shopping? Enjoy perusing the Flint Hill Store – where you will find something for everyone on your holiday list!

Shop handcrafted goods made in the Historic Village, Museum merchandise, historic toys and treats, home decor, locally-made goods, and so much more.

FAQs

What is the refund/transfer policy?

Tickets are absolutely non-refundable and strictly non-transferable by date, entry time, or program. 

Will the Historic Village be open?

The Historic Village, Nature Center, and Nature Center trails will all be CLOSED to visitors. 

Will these events be canceled due to weather conditions?

The Museum is open rain, snow, or shine!  Museum events are only canceled by emergency order of Monroe County. Please allow yourself enough time to arrive in time for your session. 

In the event weather has an impact or causes the cancellation of North Pole Night, our Visitor Services team will contact you via phone and/or email and make you aware of any changes or offering a refund if needed. Please note that GCV&M carefully watches the weather forecast for a week leading up to each event and will make decisions accordingly. 

What are other policies for guests?

 

No outside food or drink is permitted; food and beverages will not be permitted in the Historic Village. Please leave pets at home; leashed service animals are welcome with proper identification. There is no smoking or vaping except in the front parking lot. Professional videography and flash photography is prohibited. 

When should my party arrive for our seating?

Please make sure to arrive and check-in no later than the start of your seating time. 

How long are the seating times?

Each seating is about ninety minutes in length. 

Is this a buffet or are we served?

Supper with St. Nick is buffet-style. You can get in the buffet line as soon as the doors open for your seating. 

How does seating work?

Supper with St. Nick has family-style seating. Each round table seats up to 8 people. 

What else will be open?

The Flint Hill Gift Shop will be open for last-minute holiday shopping until 8 p.m.! Make sure to stop in for locally-made and unique gifts, village-made goods, GCV&M apparel, and so much more!
