Gazebo Luncheon

Join us for a delightful set of exclusive luncheons set against the backdrop of the Museum Gazebo, nestled in the heart of the great meadow! Indulge in a thoughtfully crafted, summer-inspired menu while you soak in the views from the gazebo’s main stage. Sip on refreshing sweet tea and savor the vibrant seasonal flavors as you unwind in the warm embrace of summer.

Arrival & check-in: 

• Purchase of this ticket includes admission to the Museum for the day (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.). Feel free to explore the Nature Center, Gallery, and Historic Village before or after lunch at your own pace.
• Parking is free and plentiful! Park in any of lots at front of the Museum. The first two bays are reserved for handicapped parking.
• You will be checked in by the purchaser’s name for this event. We recommend also printing out OR taking a screenshot of your ticket(s) or invoice as backup.
• You will first check in through the Admissions Tunnel to receive your hang tag. Then, make your way to the Gazebo on the Great Meadow
• You should be checked in and at the Gazebo no later than 11:55 a.m.

What to expect: 

• Luncheon will begin promptly at noon. The meal will be served first, with programming to follow.
• There will be five people maximum seated at each table. If you would like to sit with a friend but purchased tickets separately, please reply to this email with each purchaser’s name and the total number of people to be seated together.
• Due to the nature of this program, special dietary requests or substitutions cannot be made. Thank you for your understanding.

Shopping: 

• The Flint Hill Gift Shop is open from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.! Shop village-made goods, historic crafts & games, homemade fudge, and more.

Other Information: 

• Videography, professional photography, and drone usage are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited past the front parking lots. You will need to exit to your vehicle to smoke or vape.
• We allow leashed, certified service animals with proper identification. We do not allow pets.
• Tickets for this event were refundable only up to 7 days prior to the event date. All GCV&M tickets are non-transferable by program. No exceptions will be made.
