Cheese Making Class

Enjoy a truly unique experience making cheese alongside a historic cook in the Jones Farmhouse. Using 19th-century cheese-making techniques, participants will understand the hard work and patience it took to make a staple of the 19th-century diet. During this class, you will also make a hearty noon meal of handmade biscuits, soup, and seed cakes. Participants will work together to churn their own butter to top off the meal.
