Learn the basic of small-scale maple syrup production – from tree identification and readiness, to tapping, collection, and processing! Have you wanted to try making maple sugar or syrup in your own backyard? Join us this fall and get ready for a sweet winter project!
Attendees should plan to bring a lunch and a notebook! This class will take place in the Nature Center, and long periods of the class will be spent outside in the sugarbush, regardless of weather. Please dress appropriately!
