"Reticule of knit black silk with rose and ivy design and geometric borders. Jet (?) bead fringe at cut-corner bottom. Black glass bead ground with opaque white, pale pink, l blue, turquoise, and trans blue that looks grey. Black silk satin top with black silk ribbon ties. White leather lining. 5.5” x ?”" The black ground is suspect- could be a later example. They were much emulated in the early 20th c.
