We've Upgraded Our Membership System

We’re excited to share some important updates to our membership system that make it easier to access your benefits and enjoy your visits to the Museum.
These updates ensure your member discount is always applied and make managing your membership and purchasing tickets simpler. As part of this change, previous membership numbers and plastic cards are no longer active. Your new digital membership card is now your key to the Museum. As an added bonus, digital cards ensure faster check-ins and are more environmentally friendly!

Creating Your Account

Setting up your new account is quick and easy:

  1. Go to: https://secure.rocket-rez.com/RocketWeb2/7c82d1266291c2e7/register
  2. Enter your first name, last name, email address and desired password.
  3. Check your inbox to verify your email. The email is from RocketRez, and may have landed in your junk folder.
  4. Once your email is verified, log in using your email and password.

5. Click on the Membership tab.
6. Enter your new Membership Number.
7. Check your email for the verification code.
8. Enter the code, and your account is set up!
*Each adult listed on the your membership should set up their own account using their assigned number.

Accessing Your Digital Membership Card

You are able to access your digital card anytime by logging into your account on your mobile browser. Once you are signed in, click on the Membership tab to access your digital membership card.
We recommend saving your digital card to your smartphone’s digital wallet using Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Visiting In-Person

You will need to present your membership card at the admission tunnel each time you visit. You will also need to present it at the Flint Hill Store with each purchase to receive your membership discount.


If you prefer to have a physical membership card, we are happy to provide one upon request. Reach out to membership@gcv.org with your request, and a physical card will be mailed to you.

Purchasing Tickets

To purchase tickets at your discounted membership rate, sign into your account on gcv.org before you add the items to your cart. Simply click on the green ‘Sign In’ icon in the top right corner of the ticket box and follow the prompts

FAQs

Why is my membership number not working to set up an account?
 
 
Your previous membership number is no longer active. The new membership number is 18 letters/numbers long and you will need to make a new online account to receive the membership pricing on tickets
 
What is my membership number?
New membership numbers were sent to the email on file and could be in your spam folder. If you do not have your new number, please call or email us.
 
The system does not recognize the membership number when I type it in
The new membership numbers only have zeros and capital letters in it with no letter O. 
 
Does everyone on my membership have a new number?
Each membership has one number attached to it regardless of the people connected to the account. Multiple online accounts can made with different emails and connected back to one membership number.
 
I can not find the tabs on my phone screen
If you are on a mobile phone, click the 3 bars in the blue box to access the other tabs on your account.
 
I mistyped the email verification code, how do I receive a new one?
If you mistype the email verification code, re-enter your membership number and click verify, this will allow you to send the code again
 
I would prefer not to have a digital card
If you would like to request a physical card, we are happy to provide one. Please reach out to Membership by phone or email and it be mailed the address on file.
 
My name or email is incorrect but correct on the profile tab
If you email or name is incorrect but is correct on the “Profile” tab, please call GCV Membership or email membership@gcv.org and we will correct it.
