Access Your Membership Online
Creating an online account allows you to purchase workshop and event tickets online using your member benefits and access your digital membership card.
An online account is required to receive member pricing when purchasing tickets online, even if you prefer to use a physical membership card when visiting the Museum.
If you’d like to add your digital membership card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, you’ll need to access your online account from your phone. You can create your account on your phone, or create it on a computer first and then log in from your phone to add the card to your digital wallet.
Prefer a physical membership card? We’re happy to send you one! Your physical card can be used for admission to the Museum. Reach out to our Membership Office at 585-294-8253 or membership@gcv.org to request one.

Before You Begin
You’ll need your current membership number to link your membership to your online account.
Current membership numbers are 17-character combinations of letters and numbers. Previous membership numbers were only 4 to 6 digits; these older numbers are no longer active and cannot be used to link your membership.
Don’t have your current membership number? Please contact the Membership Office. We’re happy to look it up for you.
Create Your Online Account
- In the box below, enter your first name, last name, email address, and create a password.
2. Check your inbox for a verification email from RocketRez. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
3. Once your email is verified, log in using your email address and password.
4. Click the Membership tab across the top of the gray account box.
5. Enter your 17-character membership number.
6. Click Verify by Email. Please do not select “Verify by Text”; this option is not currently working and will result in an error message.
7. Check your email for a second verification code.
8. Enter the verification code. Your online account is now linked to your membership.
Each adult listed on your membership should create their own online account using the same 17-character membership number if they would like to purchase tickets online using member pricing or access their own digital membership card.
Add Your Digital Membership Card to Your Phone
To add your digital membership card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, you’ll need to log in to your online account from your phone.
Once you’re logged in, click the Membership tab and follow the prompt to add your digital membership card to your phone’s digital wallet.

Helpful tip: The new membership numbers do not use the letter “O.” If you see a character that looks like an O, please use the number 0 (zero).
If you recently purchased or renewed your membership, you can find your membership number:
- In the lower left corner of your membership welcome letter
- In the email from membership@gcv.org with the subject line “Your GCV&M Membership”

On some mobile devices, the navigation menu may be collapsed. Tap the menu icon ( ☰ ) to expand the navigation menu, then select Membership.
Please check your spam or junk folder. The verification email will come from RocketRez.
Membership verification is currently completed by email only, not by text message. Please select Verify by Email to have a verification code sent to your email address.

When purchasing tickets on gcv.org, sign in to your online account first. Click the green “My Account” button in the top right corner of the ticket box and log in using your email address and password.
Once you’re logged in and your membership is linked to your account, your member pricing will be available when purchasing eligible tickets.
Re-enter your membership number and click Verify by Email again. This will allow you to request a new verification code.
