Can I use my gift card at shop.gcv.org?

Gift Cards can NOT be used for the purchase of merchandise on shop.gcv.org.

Where can I buy a gift card?

Gift Cards can be purchased online and onsite.

What if I want to purchase a gift card in a custom amount?

Custom value gift cards can only be purchased on site in the Flint Hill Store.

Where can I use my gift card?

Gift cards can be used for the purchase of tickets either online at gcv.org or onsite. Gift cards may also be used for purchases onsite at retail and food & beverage stores.

Does my gift card expire?

Gift Cards expire nine years from the date of issue.

Can I return a gift card?

All Gift Card orders are nonrefundable.

What if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?

If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, contact us at info@gcv.org.

How do I check my balance?

Can I reload my gift card?

No gift cards can not be reloaded.

Can I get cash back or a refund if my Gift Card has a balance?

Gift Cards are nonrefundable.

Is there any charge for using my Gift Card?

No, there are no charges for using Gift Cards.

What can Gift Cards be redeemed for? Are there any restrictions?

Gift Cards can be redeemed for tickets (online and onsite), Flint Hill Store or Mercantile merchandise, all onsite food & beverage facilities, Memberships, and donations.

What if I have a gift card through your old POS system?

All gift cards with remaining balances were transferred over to our new POS system.
