A Magical Evening
An intimate dinner throughout the Historic Village – spend a special evening with friends, celebrating the Museum’s work preserving the history, art, and nature of our region. With a farm-to-table meal, delicious drinks, live music, auctions, a wine pull, and more, we have a wonderful evening planned for you. All funds raised benefits GCV&M’s educational mission and daily work bringing history to life for thousands each year.

The Evening’s Program
Saturday, September 6, 2025
5 – 6 p.m.: Cocktails & Silent Auction display on the Village Square.
6:15 – 7:30 p.m.: Enjoy a fall harvest dinner, prepared by Root Catering, in one of our historical buildings or gardens. Seating is available for dining groups of two to upwards of ten people.
7:45 – 8:30 p.m.: Dessert & Live Auction in the Village Square.
8:45 p.m.: Before you leave, take a tour of the lantern-lit Village and visit our After Party Lounge.

Want a building all to yourself? A space with lively conversation and other diners? A porch on which to watch the sunset as you eat? We’ve got it all! Please note if your party of four or less chooses a communal space, you may be seated at a table with other diners.
