Slippers

Clothing/Dress/Costume

Pair of women's slippers of plant fiber (possibly ramie) with white kid insoles. Much of the slipper seems to be made as a bonnet ground, with wider bars possibly braided; wider bars form openwork area below throat, with an openwork diamond below it. Red-bordered stickers marked "414 / D" have been added to the insoles, and a light green lining has been loosely whipped into the shoes. Squared toes; flat, straight soles with ring marks. Hand sewn and handmade.
