Gold plated in elongated oval with a dark blue rhinestone glued into a stamped, conical space centering a stamped star. There are 2 prongs made of metal pulled from edges to hold the stone. Pin stem has a date 11-7-16 (1916). One-piece tension wire pressed into open bottom of pin. A safety pin style clasp. 1 1/8" long 1/8" wide
