One cobbler's hammer with a new, very rough handle. The head has a large "V" shaped groove at one end and part of it has been broken off.

A collice is a "edge iron" that consists of a handle and shaped piece of iron that serves to glaze and form leather.

Colt Army Model 1860 is a cap & ball .44-caliber single-action revolver used during the American Civil War made by Colt's Manufacturing Company. It was used as a side arm by cavalry, infantry, artillery troops, and naval forces.

Compote. Ribbed and scalloped bowl in "Bellflower pattern" on hexagonal stem over ribbed Bellflower dome-shaped base.

One clear glass compote in the Acron pattern (ribbed and very similar to Bellflower), with no lid. This is a rare pattern, although this is a more common form when the pattern is found. It has a low pedestal base with a rayed pattern on the underside. The bowl has the pattern on the outside. The rim is formed to use a lid.

One blue and white woven coverlet commissioned by Hannah Bissell Backus (1779-1868) of Bethany, New York. Corner square reads "H. Backus / Bethany. Genesee. County N. Y. 1837". Coverlet has a border made of diamond shapes and features motifs of weeping willows, eagles, and floral designs. The museum also has a daguerreotype of Hannah Backus in its collection (2026.06.002).

This beautiful coverlet in indigo and white includes flower elements, weeping willow trees, eagle motifs, and geometric patterns. One side has patterns in blue on a white ground while the other side is reversed, white patterns on a blue ground. Text woven into the coverlet says "The Property of Samuel Salsbury Orleans County N.Y. 1840". This was most likely Samuel P. Salsbury (1813-1887), farmer and minister who lived in Murray, Orleans County, New York.

One ceramic yellow ware covered crock, decorated with two white lines inside two mocha lines. The lid is decorated in the same pattern as the crock. The lid has a flat button knob, set down in a depression.

One small salt-glazed stoneware jar with Albany slip interior and ear-like handles. The piece is unmarked and undecorated.

A free-thrown crock glazed only on the interior with a tan lead glaze, the bottom edge is impressed with a mark that appears upside-down.

A crock with a light green glaze that appears almost transparent in areas, featuring brown spots and crackling throughout. The piece has ear-like handles on either side.

Bulbous crock with a handle and a drawn-in neck with a flange for a cover. Made of red clay, formed on the wheel, and glazed on interior only with a brown colored lead glaze.

A two gallon salt glazed semi-ovoid stoneware crock. The exterior is glazed with a gray beige salt glaze, and the interior glazed in brown Albany slip. The rim is flattened, unglazed and rolled to the exterior, and undercut by a finger applied band. The lug handles are laid on in a C curve, one on each side attached along the length in a cupped crescent shape with blue cobalt petal shapes at each attachment. A double incised line goes under the handles. The body of the crock is painted on one side with two flowers, stems and leaves flanked by two numeral "2"s.
