Brassiere of ivory rayon or celanese (cellulose acetate) satin, with off-white ribbon straps; Top and bottom edges are faced with off-white cotton bias tape, and heavier cotton is used to back hooks and eyes. Worn silk roses at center front of neckline. Front is lightly shaped with two small darts on either side of bottom, and one horizontal dart on either side. Fastens at back with two hooks and eyes
