Pin in form of a belt. There is a center strip of flat-topped Bohemian garnets and on each side a smaller strip of tiny, rose-cut garnets. Tiny silver balls function to hold the garnets in place. The metal is likely tombac, "garnet gold", a high copper or zinc alloy (a type of brass) used in Bohemia for antique garnet jewelry. There are holes in the belt to allow light to shine through. Round hinge, clearly a repair from the original tube hinge. There is a c clasp. 2 1/4" long. 3/4" tall
