Scalloped circle with a banner that passes across and under it. Banner decorated with silver and pink gold leaves, vine and flowers. Each end has red gold balls and rope. The scalloped circle is decorated with rope circles. Banner and circle are probably gold filled, but the surface is pitted (bloomed gold) so it appears matte. The top surface of the circle is shiny gold. Tube hinge. C clasp. Pin stem extends beyond the c clasp. Tiny round hook on back. A small chain and pin would have been attached for added security.
