Art Nouveau "alligator" clip. Sterling silver oval frame depicts a female face with long flowing hair and flowers. Outline of frame is made of flowers and flowing locks. The lady front is repoussé, probably machine stamped. Covered with a smooth back that is labeled "STERLING front." There is a very strong clip with alligator teeth. Could be a man's tie clip. 1 1/4" long 1 " wide
