Large buttonhook with handle of sterling silver, modelled with petals of flowers - possibly lilacs or general flower with small petals. Sterling marking on side of handle. Steel hook with markings on side - a lion, an anchor, and letter "B." Cartouche on handle has engraved "G S S."
