Large buttohook with sterling silver handle and steel hook. Sterling handle features a teardrop or Paisley shape, covered in modelled scrollwork. Small flowers and dots fill in negative space of scrollwork. One side of handle contains a blank cartouche within the scrollwork. The cartouche has suffered a smalld dent. Several hallmarks are punched into flange band. Steel hook is entirely tarnished to a deep brownish-black.
