Glass buttonhook broken into three pieces. Lampwork made. Clear glass body with spiralling blue stripe, topped by handle covered in red and blue and white dots. Triangular hanging loop with smaller glass loop attached. Has small tag attached to triangular loop that reads: Side 1 "Phila. Cent. 1876" Side 2 "$48- to B227 AS"
