Rather coarse fine cotton, entirely hand stitched, very finely. Sprays of buds and fern leaves. Needle lace with tallies inserted between brim and horseshoe crown. Tiny casings with tiny linen flat braid ties at center back and center front. Loops for ribbon at corners.
