High waist, waistband to which gauffered bodice and skirt are attached. Drawstrings front and back; CB opening, shoulder strap. Longish skirt with 1.5” tuck. Narrow hem. Short, slightly puffed sleeves with self-frills. MOP button on one shoulder; each sleeve has attached underneath the button, one end of a silk thread loop to draw up the sleeve when the loop is hooked over the button. Toddler size.
