CF hook and eye closure. CB has tails to splay over a bustle. Skirt is of same brown silk rep/faille fabric with portions hand-embroidered. Bottom hem of skirt has two layers - crenelated layer first, then overlay layer with brown/green velvet stripes horizontally.
