Gathered front ‘infant’ bodice, yoke, shaped ‘coat’ sleeves with black ruched silk ribbon decoration with black glass buttons. Pleated skirt, unlined. Attached crudely to the waistband. Out-of-period narrow turned-over hem. Has a pocket.
