Vidvard or Peter Vidvard was a liquor dealer in the area of Utica, NY. White's pottery supplied Vidvard and his company, Vidvard and Sheehan, John H. Sheehan being the other owner. The business began in the early 1870s with Sheehan and switched names around 1880 when Vidvard's son, Jules, joined the business, P. Vidvard & Son. The business continued after Peter's death and was run by his wife, Catherine, until the late 1880s. White's Pottery was a producer of utilitarian material for many local businesses and often produced stenciled material for customers.
