Very long, narrow band of black hand-run embroidered machine net lace shaped to form flat, curved collar over the shoulders, crossed across front waist and looped in back with long streamers. The piece has an oddly weighted, knobby hand from the embroidery - heavily weighted [?] and/or sized.
