Child's petticoat. Machine-sewn, with simple gathers all the way around. Set into self waistband, with button holes across waistband. CB closure of placket slit. Petticoat has two rows of small tucks, interrupted by one row of machine-crocheted band, with petticoat also trimmed in this same machine-crotched tape, with van dyke edge. No holes, but slight discoloration.
