All cotton petticoat, entirely hand stitched, gauged and cased within 25” waistband to which long twill tapes are attached (back opening). One 1” tuck near 2” hem which is reinforced at edge with round braid. Selvage seams not butted; four complete 32” widths of fabric in skirt, 36” long.
