One hand-painted Chinese export porcelain plate with floral decoration. The plate is roughly octagonal with a ground rim. There is a large center group of roses and other flowers painted in pink, lavender, rust-orange, and green. There is also a border of small sprigs around the edge. The rim and the line between the center pattern and the border have been lined with the rust-orange paint, and the inner line also has groups of three links. The body has a grayish-blue tint and an orange peel texture.
