'Plate' hat tipped forward, yellow trims, yellow veiling as ties draped around neck. 2 with pseudo colonial coiffures, one with red 'plate' hat and black spotted veil, the other a pile of tiny blue flowers at CF with a long black ribbon streamer, edged on one side with lace, secured to the left shoulder.
