Pair of bathing/swimming oxford-style boots of dark blue cotton sateen, lined with off-white cotton twill, and bound with black cotton twill. Lace down center front with black cotton laces through 14 pairs of metal eyelets. Trimmed with red cotton soutache braid along facings, vamp seam, and top of the heel. Pointed toe; flat, curved-last soles of coarse white cotton and rubber. Machine sewn.
