Large buttonhook with sterling silver handle and steel hook shaft. Sterling silver handle is in the shape of a large tearsdrop, with sloping convace valley on either side. Hammered effect across surface. Hallmarks punched across band of flange. Steel hook shaft is slightly tarnished.
