Entirely hand stitched sheer cotton. Horseshoe crown, narrow brim in front with chin flaps. Flat ‘frill’ on front and flap, where it frills. Tuck-casing across back. Casings at top of front and back brim edges. Fine braid interior drawstrings. No ties, but tiny braid loops for temporary attachment of ribbon ties. See 97.025,6.
