Entirely hand stitched transparent sheer muslin. Narrow brim in front, chin flaps. Band across back with fine plied string drawstrings in top and bottom edges; also front and back of brim. Sheer muslin double frill on front, narrower single frill in back. Frills have micro hems with micro tucks. No ties. Chin flaps much mended. See 97.030.
