Pair of child's clogs of rigid black leather. Shoes fasten with straps around ankle which button at front; collar below straps is narrow and ends in an upward curve over the instep. Wholecut, with back seam. Wooden sole, painted black under arch, reinforced with nailed-on iron bands around heel and front. Leather is held to sole with small brass tacks around entire edge. Square toe, curved up.
