Black enameled iron stick with plain spike. 6” carved bone handle with small hook. Leather disk at top of brown (oiled?) silk taffeta cover. 8 round wire ribs and 15” stretchers with self-tips, stirrup joints. 2 springs. Total length 26.5”. Purchased for parts and status upgraded later because of the frame- it seems to be a combination umbrella and parasol.
