Doll's petticoat of off-white cotton. Wide waistband which fastens with a single mother-of-pearl button. Skirt is gauged to waistband and has a horizontal seam about halfway down. Below seam, skirt has four horizontal tucks and a hem turned up to outside; below hem is a knife-pleated ruffle with scalloped hem, the pleats topstitched with a chain-stitch machine parallel to scallops.
