Black petticoat of glazed cotton in black. Machined, but has hand-stitched extension or repair on center back waistband. Flat in front but gathered in back with small gathers. One tuck 3/4 way down the petticoat, with deep flounce over hem, pleated to skirt and machined down. Shaped panels. Interior seams are not finished or sewn down.
