Blue wool flannel, tightly spun, with a spongy hand that from a distance looks knit but isn’t. 10” hem border of blue machine-quilted silk bordered on top with ribbed blue silk ribbon, blue woolen braid on hem. Fairly smooth tapered shape, for a rather narrow skirt.
