Finely made infant petticoat made of fine cotton with many tucks above the hem. Large tucks above the smaller tucks. All tucks are completed by hand while the skirt is attached to the infant bodice by machine. Very small gathers across the top of the skirt. Hem has a machined trim of Ayrshire work.
