1/6th plate cases ambrotype of an elderly woman. She wears a dark dress, with white collar, small gold brooch (colored gold), rosy cheeks, and parted hair dressed with wired head dressing. Case is embossed leather, hinge intact, with age-appropriate wear to leather. Inside is embossed crimson velvet. Plate glass is cracked in several places, with shattering. Face remains intact.
