Bar pin features in center a faceted, rose-cut pale purple rhinestone (amethyst?). On either side of the purple stone -- set by prongs in gold-toned cups, are eight sparkling rhinestones (paste lead glass?). All soldered to a brass plate. On back is a round hinge, wide c-clasp, pin stem is quite heavy. On c-clasp is hallmark of the letter "H" in a heart. This is the Hallmark of the D.A.
