Delicate pin of flattened wire on outer frame with round wire forming soft loops inside and outside the frame. A flower with silver and blue enamel on the petals is centered with a prong held clear faceted rhinestone. There are two prong held seed pearls, one slightly bigger than the other. A gold-tone flower ornament connects the round wire to the flat wire frame. The flower can be twirled on its mount. Art nouveau influence. The wires appear to be brass.
