Square, green, four-part blown/molded glass bottle with beveled edges. Top surface has central circular decoration and angled beveled corners from circle to sides of bottle. The neck of the bottle rises from the center of the top, in 'burst top' formation. Edge of neck is rough/sharp glass. Small cork stopper.
