One wooden bread peel, flat, square shaped with a handle. The peel has been cut from one piece of wood. The wide end is wedge-cut, to facilitate scooping bread loaf, etc. from the inside of an oven. The front side shows many small knife marks and a lighter area from having been used as a cutting surface; the back side shows some darkened areas from heat/fire exposure. A hole approx. .500 diameter has been cut through the handle end.
