Steamship Schedule
Object/Artifact
A black-and-white printed schedule in two parts bound together with cloth ties, consisting of a schedule accompanied by an image of a steamboat flying an American flag within a decorative border, and a second section featuring an 1828 chart organized vertically by days, months, and years and horizontally by dollar amounts. The chart section, also framed by a decorative border, is pasted over the original print, and the overall piece bears the title “Tuttle and Sherman, Printers, Corner of Buffalo and Carroll Streets, Rochester.”
